Can I have a copy of my files?

Our online tool saves your design in a format specific for our printers.  We cannot provide the files for you to download.

Do you offer custom designs?

The AgentStore.com is powered by BrandCo a custom design firm.  We have many options for a completely unique and custom business card design.  You can find more information at brandco.com or give us a call at 407-999-0009

How long until my order ships?

Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days.  We use a combination of USPS and UPS Ground.  We have 13 different print facilities throughout the United States and we ship from the closest facility to cut down on the time before your order arrives. 

What are the file upload specs?

We print at 300dpi- if you upload an image that is less than 300dpi your image will print fuzzy.  You are responsible for uploading a photo at the proper resolution.  Since our systems are automated we will not have someone check whether you uploaded a fuzzy file or not.  If it looks fuzzy on your screen it probably will print fuzzy too.  

What do I do if I want a different design?

Once you get into the product designer you can edit certain elements of your design.  We try to give you complete control, but with that control you could mess some things up.  Some items to look out for include: putting text too close to an edge, using an inaccurate color, or making your text too small.  You’re welcome to deviate from our designs, but you will be responsible for printing errors.

Can I stop my order once I approve it?

We’ve designed the Agent Store to be efficient so most jobs are off to the printer within hours of the order being placed.  Once the job is in the print queue it’s nearly impossible for us to stop it.  For this reason we ask “are you sure” several times before placing your order.  If you’re not entirely sure, come back another time – we’re not going anywhere. =)
